Bahía Ballena beach is a 10-minute walk down a shaded street. Playa Uvita and the Whale’s Tail sandbar are 8 minutes by car.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes — we coordinate transfers from SJO (4 h) and Quepos (1.5 h) with a trusted local driver. Just let us know after booking.

We are Isaac, my mom, and my two sisters — a Heredia family with deep roots in the South.
This property belonged to my grandfather. Getting it back wasn’t easy, but we did whatever it took — because reviving his dream was worth every effort.
We left the noise of San José searching for calm, nature, and a simpler life. Uvita gave us exactly that: a beautiful place, full of good people who love and protect what surrounds them.
Every detail in Tropikós was built with care and time. This is our family’s home — and we hope it feels like yours.
